CONSULTING AND CO-DESIGN SERVICES
Each order is managed internally by the company according to these development parameters:
- Project management
- Control of subcontractors
- Preparation of production planning and internal expediting
- Quality control and related documentation

- Final test and possible presence at the start-up
- Development of detailed drawings
- Preparation of equipment use and maintenance manuals
- Preparation of the dossier at the end of the processing
Technical engineering services are entrusted to external professionals:
- Mechanical stability calculations according to ASME VIII Div. 1, PED, - ISPSL, PD 5500, AD 2000, and TEMA
- Thermodynamic calculations for heat exchangers
- Design of lubricating circuits
- Stress analysis calculations performed with the Finite Elements principle and with dedicated software such as ALGOR SUPERSAP and ANSYS
WELDING QUALIFICATIONS
Welding operations are entrusted to qualified operators with extensive experience and high technical skills. Our welding specialists are certified to international standards that are continuously updated.
- Welding qualifications according to ASME IX, EN 15614
- Qualifications of welders according to ASME IX, ISO9606-1: 2013
